Regulating Our Emotions: In person

Emotions are a comlpetely normal, usually healthy part of being human. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems – problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of life. This course is meant to help you understand and control your emotions before they control you. We will explore relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, problem solving, and better forms of communication.
