Bite Size Self Compassion: In Person

A bite sized version of our popular Self Compassion course. The purpose of this course is to focus on recognizing your self-worth, developing unconditional love for self and increasing self-compassion. Self-confidence, self-esteem, pride in self, all come from a strong sense of self-worth and love. This course is about you. Encouraging you to be intentionally compassionate toward yourself. It will challenge how you think about yourself; your positive and negative self-talk; how you see yourself; who you truly are becoming; love for self and others; your motivations and fears. By the end of the course students will be able to: identify personal growth in self-love through reflection exercises; identify personal fears and barriers to successful self-love; determine ways to increase self-compassion; set goals and action for the future; explain personal motivation factors.
