Healthy Relationships  involves learning how to set boundaries, talking to others about your boundaries, and showing others you respect their boundaries. This online course will introduce you to what boundaries are, the various types of boundaries, why they are important and practice setting boundaries in specific  scenarios to help you improve your overall wellness.

An in-person support group for parents, caregivers, family members and partners of transgender and gender diverse children and adults. A space to share their experiences and stories as they work to understand and support their loved ones. This is a partnership group with Pride YMM.
