The effects of unresolved trauma can be devastating. It can affect our habits and outlook on life, leading to addictions, poor decision-making and self-destructive behaviours. Trauma can take a toll on our family life and our relationships. It can trigger physical pain, symptoms, and disease, but trauma doesn’t have to be a life sentence. In this course we will look at using physical and mental exercises that will help cleanse the body and mind of the debilitating effects of trauma.
