Recovery is Possible: A Mental Health Podcast – Celebrating Recovery

Aaron Pollock almost forgot how music made him feel. As he shares the story of his unique mental health and substance use recovery journey, we are encouraged to ask ourselves; what does recovery mean to each of us? Join us as we shift the language from illness to wellness, reduce stigma and guide you through a sample of CMHA’s Recovery College model.

Thank you to our guest Aaron Pollock, CMHA Calgary for hosting the recording space, our provincial CMHA collaborators in Wood Buffalo, Lethbridge, Edmonton and Central Alberta near Red Deer, Amy Ball and Amy Price for the artwork and Social Media management, Diamond Needles Studio & Stage for the background music, funding from the Government of Alberta, the co-developers of CMHA’s Road to Recovery course and our Producer Barbara Ulrich.

Here’s to effective mental health solutions for all! #Turni2We
