Bite Size: Confront the Discomfort – In Person

A bite size version of our popular Confront the Discomfort course. Over two weeks you will learn the physical, mental and emotional signs of anxiety: Learn to value and notice the important warning signs our bodies send to us. With opportunities to identify personal causes and symptoms of anxiety, you will explore how to take small steps to break the cycle of anxiety-producing thoughts, beliefs and behaviours.
