Walk and Talk: In Person

Did you know that rhythmic exercise, such as walking, can be very beneficial to the process of self-discovery? Combining a little physical activity with great conversation and connection can help us get “unstuck” when dealing with difficult challenges. These sessions are 60 minutes in length and weather dependent. Registration is required.
