Movement for Mental Health – In Person

Movement for Mental Health is an interactive session where movement becomes more than exercise—it becomes a language. In these sessions we explore challenges through the use of a movement vocabulary that is centered around physical expression instead of words.

What you can expect in the session:
The use of movement to help us achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration.
A safe space that promotes self-awareness, self-esteem, and the expression of feelings.
A versatile form of therapy founded on the idea that motion and emotion are interconnected.
