Confront the Discomfort: Online
Anxiety is a normal reaction to uncertainty regarding COVID-19. However, too much anxiety can take a toll on your daily life and overall well-being. In this course you will learn a variety of tools to help deal with fear and anxiety so you can confront the discomfort in a positive and healthy way. This is a two hour workshop, offered once a week for two weeks.
